I don\u2019t see any point in doing anything risky when the spread gives such a nice return.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/101425\/HELEd102407391i.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer ugc\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/101425\/HELEd102407391i.png\" alt=\"comment image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>In the STP, we can sell 10 of the HELE 2027 $22.50 puts for $7.50 ($7,500).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>That puts us in for net $15 and that\u2019s great.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>And, for the LTP we can get fancier:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Sell 20 HELE 2027 $22.50 puts for $7.50 ($15,000)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Buy 50 HELE 2028 $15 calls at $10 ($50,000)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Sell 40 HELE 2028 $22.50 calls at $8 ($32,000)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Sell 10 HELE Jan $20 calls for $3.20 ($3,200)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Sell 10 HELE Jan $20 puts for $3.50 ($3,500)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>That\u2019s a net $3,700 CREDIT on the $37,500+ spread, so that\u2019s $41,200 (1,113%) of upside potential AND we\u2019ve got 8 more Qs to sell $6,500 ($52,000 \u2013 1,405%), which is more than we\u2019ll make on the spread.
