It is a good time to start fresh, ahead of the Tariff, Fed, Earnings and Macro uncertainties that lie ahead because you never know what new opportunities await.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the moment, the S&amp;P 500 is at the top of our expected range and earnings were certainly better than expected in Q1 &#8211; because we expected tariffs and they have been delayed and now we&#8217;ll have to wait and see if Trump TACOs on his next deadline (July 9th) but we don&#8217;t have to buy the whole S&amp;P &#8211; just the ones that are on sale &#8211; so we&#8217;ve already begun shopping.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12828407\" src=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"744\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025.png 990w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025-768x577.png 768w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025-150x113.png 150w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025-696x523.png 696w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/SPX-June-17-2025-265x198.png 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We were &#8220;<em>comfortably<\/em>&#8221; over the top of our range back in February, and then tariffs took us down 20% in a month and here we are again in June &#8211; just a bit lower than we were then but the RSI is higher (stressed) and the MACD is higher (stretched) so conditions are ripe for a huge fall once again and I&#8217;m glad we are now sitting in CASH!!! &#8211; just in case!<\/p>\n<p>Although April and May Earnings Reports have shown companies to be resilient in the current Economy &#8211; this has been happening WITHOUT the effect of the tariffs and WITHOUT the Inflation that EVERY Economist says is inevitable if they are put back in place. Strong financial position, generates massive cash flow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OBBTB Effect:<\/strong>\u00a0Broad impact across its diverse holdings (insurance, rail, energy, manufacturing). Corporate tax rate is a key direct impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Intel Corporation (INTC)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/INTCh073360796i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Watch List: Yes (Long-term turnaround, potential income recovery).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Why:<\/strong>\u00a0Major semiconductor manufacturer in a turnaround, investing heavily in foundries (CHIPS Act beneficiary). A \u201cweak\u201d Dollar aids international sales. Dividend was cut but could be reinstated\/grown if turnaround succeeds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OBBTB Effect:<\/strong>\u00a0CHIPS Act funding and other tech\/manufacturing incentives are very significant. Corporate taxes and R&amp;D credits also matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You get the idea&#8230; And here we are, a month later and we STILL don&#8217;t know exactly what is in Trump&#8217;s &#8220;<em>One Big, Beautiful Tax Bill<\/em>&#8221; nor do we have any idea what his Tariff Policy actually is and now there&#8217;s a war in the Middle East that has spiked Oil back to $71.50 <\/strong>(was $60.60 on May 15th)<strong> and that&#8217;s a little inflationary and, of course, the war in Ukraine continues so these are exciting times &#8211; to say the least &#8211; all the more exciting when we have CASH!!! to spend&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So, without further ado, let&#8217;s see how our Member Portfolios are doing, starting with our untouchable (unless I am on the show, which I will be on July 9th) Money Talk Portfolio,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Money Talk Portfolio Review:<\/strong> The last time we made adjustment to the MTP was back on March 25th, when I wrote &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/2025\/03\/25\/money-talk-tuesday-time-to-go-shopping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Money Talk Tuesday \u2013 Time to go Shopping!<\/em><\/a>&#8221; as we were approaching the bottom of our expected S&amp;P range, so we took full advantage of the pullback.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Money Talk Portfolio had just been restarted August 21st of last year and, because of the dip in the market, it was only up 1.8% in March, at $101,783 and, as of last month&#8217;s review (May 13th) we had bounced back to $109,072 (up 9.1%) but, in the last 34, our positions really kicked in and, without any changes at all, those positions are now at $164,452 &#8211; up 64.5% in less than a year &#8211; congratulations to all who played along!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12828409\" src=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1395\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025.jpg 1395w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-1024x474.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-768x356.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-150x69.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-696x322.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-1-June-17-2025-1068x495.jpg 1068w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1395px) 100vw, 1395px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>T &#8211; Well on track for the full gain and we don&#8217;t need the margin so <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">we&#8217;re just waiting for our last $525<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>LMT &#8211; We took a massive hit on this one as LMT fell off a cliff and we&#8217;ve been waiting for them to stabilize. We made money selling short calls and now we have to decide if it&#8217;s still worth it? The short puts are well out of the money &#8211; so we&#8217;re not worried about those and the long $470 calls are at the money and we have 3 of those. The position is currently net $13,670 and we&#8217;ll sell some short-term calls to cover when I do the show and maybe roll down the long calls (the 2027 $450s are $72.50).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>If LMT gets back to $550 and we do the roll, it&#8217;s a $30,000 spread with <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$16,330 (183%) upside potential<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/LMTd080389821i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ARCB &#8211; Running behind schedule so far but clearly trying to break out. We&#8217;re net $950 on the $$20,000 spread so there&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$19,050 (2,005%) of upside potential<\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">I strongly advise you check this one out for a potential new trade!<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/ARCBd081723047i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>B &#8211; Used to be GOLD. This one is already over our goal and here&#8217;s what happens when you get burned on a short calls sale &#8211; not much! We sold the June $19 calls for $840 and now they are expiring at $1,740 (I thought I&#8217;d be on the show by now to make a roll), so we&#8217;re taking a $900 loss but the rest of the position is on it&#8217;s way to $15,000 at net $8,702 so <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">we have $6,298 (72.3%) upside potential if B can just hold $20 into Jan 2027<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/Bd084114926i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>This is the power of options trading &#8211; even though B is $1.49 IN THE MONEY, we can establish a spread that pays us 72.3% in 18 months and all the stock has to do is stay above $20.\u00a0 Our risk is being assigned 500 shares at $20 <\/strong>($10,000)<strong>, which is what we consider a fair price to pay<\/strong> (and 7.5% lower than the current price!).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Why does this work? Because we are selling premium to other traders and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=w5WVljziKj4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BEING THE HOUSE &#8211; NOT the GAMBLER<\/a>!<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>BCS &#8211; This was the first bank we bought when we restarted and we&#8217;re miles in the money at net $6,250 on the $8,000 spread but <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">only 7 months to go to collect our last $1,750 (28%)<\/span><\/strong>, so worth keeping.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/BCSd084755652i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>FL &#8211; Also well in the money (no wonder our portfolio is doing so well) at net $36,000 on the $40,000 spread so there&#8217;s $4,000 (11.1%) of upside potential and we have to wait 18 months so not really worth it &#8211; we&#8217;ll be cashing this one out as we can do better.\u00a0 That means we don&#8217;t use the green highlight as we don&#8217;t expect to collect the $4,000.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/FLd085386717i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12828411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1395\" height=\"986\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025.jpg 1395w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-1024x724.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-150x106.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-696x492.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.philstockworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/MTP-2-June-17-2025-1068x755.jpg 1068w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1395px) 100vw, 1395px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>IVZ &#8211; Behind schedule but we expected that as we have 2 sets of short calls. At the moment, we&#8217;re at net $4,300 on the $21,000 spread but let&#8217;s say we only make $18 for $15,000. That&#8217;s still <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$10,700 (248%) upside potential<\/span><\/strong> but I&#8217;ll want to buy back those short Jan calls and sell something more productive.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/IVZd091685738i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>NOK &#8211; Our $7,500 spread is well in the money at net $3,740 so we have <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$3,760 (100.05%) left to gain by Jan<\/span><\/strong> so <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">great for a new trade if you like doubling up!<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/NOKd091964370i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>One of the great rules of investing is: &#8220;<em>When they are just giving away money &#8211; take some!<\/em>&#8220;<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>OZK &#8211; Another one of our new trades at just net $4,600 on the $25,000 spread so there&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$20,400 (443%) of upside potential<\/span><\/strong> and I feel good about this one &#8211; we&#8217;re already nicely on track with a $3,250 gain in less than 3 months.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/OZKd092403912i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>PFE &#8211; You know I love these guys but they aren&#8217;t loving us so far. It&#8217;s a $14,000 spread with a net $2,043 credit and we&#8217;re ahead on the short puts and calls and halfway to our goal so it only LOOKS like a loss (because it is at the moment) but <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">everything is going to plan so it&#8217;s great for a new trade with <span style=\"color: #339966;\">$16,043 (785%) upside potential<\/span>!<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/PFEd092531575i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>SYF &#8211; Another bank I love! TERRIBLE losses so far yet our calls are $11.27 ($16,905) in the money and I think $65 is a very fair target for the short puts so the current net $8,600 spread will be $22,500 at $65 so that&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>$13,900 (161%) of upside potential<\/strong><\/span> and we&#8217;ll do even better as we will get some money back for selling short calls down the line.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/SYFd093140206i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>TGT &#8211; Our longs are the $90s and we sold the Jan $120 puts, which we&#8217;ll probably have to roll but $96.24 is so stupidly cheap for TGT that I don&#8217;t even want to sell short-term calls.\u00a0 I think $120 is reasonable in 2027 and that would be $30,000 and currently we&#8217;re at a net $21,413 credit so the <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">upside potential is $51,413 (240%)<\/span><\/strong> if you are brave.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/TGTd093601530i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>WHR &#8211; There are a lot of exciting positions in this portfolio! We have very nice gains on our short June puts and calls and we&#8217;ll sell more when we do the show. What&#8217;s our worst case? They will make us buy 1,000 shares of AAPL at net $160.30? &#8220;<em>Oh please, don&#8217;t make us buy Apple at net $160.30<\/em> (22.35x earnings)!&#8221; Not only that but let&#8217;s say AAPL drops 20% to $156.56 &#8211; that&#8217;s not even a $5 ($5,000) loss and THEN we could roll it to a lower, longer strike. There&#8217;s not much threat to short puts if you really, Really, REALLY are ready, willing AND able to own the underlying stock. On the other hand &#8211; selling short puts on stocks you wouldn&#8217;t be THRILLED to buy at the net price is simply foolish&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>The bottom line is we put <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$14,700 in our pocket (our upside potential)<\/span><\/strong> on a play that is almost certain to pay off if our hedges do not as it&#8217;s hard to imagine a market where AAPL drops 20% and the rest of the market goes up.\u00a0 That&#8217;s what makes it a good hedge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/AAPLw145048134i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>SQQQ &#8211; This is our standard playbook. We picked up an 80% covered, $100,000 bull call spread for net $23,200 and, against that, we sold 25 short Sept $25 calls that can&#8217;t hurt us (because they are 80% covered) for $6,125 and we sold 10 short Sept $21 puts for $2,300 that are not likely to hurt us because they can be rolled AND they are 3:1 offset by the short calls and they can&#8217;t both hit at the same time &#8211; they just CAN&#8217;T!\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>So, we sold 132 days out of 589 days on the longs and we collected $8,425, which is $36.3% of the cost of the spread and we&#8217;re on the way to free or, already free if you count the short AAPL puts&#8230; THAT is how you hedge &#8211; it&#8217;s insurance and, once this insurance nets out to free &#8211; we add more insurance.\u00a0 In this case, we have about <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">$100,000 worth of downside protection<\/span><\/strong> for our LTP since I&#8217;m very confident we&#8217;ll be at net $0 on this set.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/SQQQw145693990i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Long-Term Portfolio (LTP) Review:<\/strong> We already have 7 positions! If we add 7 positions per month (and the month isn&#8217;t even over), we&#8217;ll have 100 by the end of the year! Ideally, we have 20 allocation blocks of $100,000 each to start but sometimes a position does well out of the box, like WHR and our put risk is $95,000 but that would be a stock assignment so $45,000 in margin so we could make a judgement call and release half that block for something else &#8211; since it&#8217;s very unlikely we&#8217;ll be doubling down on it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, we try to buy low and sell high and sell A LOT of premium along the way. At the moment, the $30,000 spread is mostly in the money at net $15,125 so we have <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$14,875 (98.3%) upside potential<\/span><\/strong> but we&#8217;ll make more money selling short-term puts and calls on this one &#8211; still great for a new trade!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/PINSd195627793i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ERJ &#8211; Just did well at the Paris Air Show. This is nicely on track at net $8,150 on the $37,500 spread so we have <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$29,350 (360%) of upside potential<\/span><\/strong> and we&#8217;ll make a bit of money selling short-term calls on the side and the only reason we wouldn&#8217;t is if the spread is going deeper and deeper into the money &#8211; which would be fine with us as well.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/ERJd200534509i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>PATH &#8211; We took a conservative $15 target on this spread but it will still pay out $25,000 at that price and currently we&#8217;re on track at net $2,930 so there&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$22,070 (753%) of upside potential<\/span><\/strong> if PATH can manage $15 in 18 months.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/PATHd200831437i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notice these are conservative-targeted spreads with huge upside potential. There&#8217;s no need to take chances in the early stages of building a new portfolio &#8211; we just want to focus on deep-value positions that have trends on their side so we can build our initial profit base. Once that&#8217;s established (hopefully 6 months) THEN we can take some chances but the potential returns on these simple, conservative trades are awesome on their own, aren&#8217;t they?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>TER &#8211; This one we gave a big target to but they seem very undervalued to me and we only spent net $12,900 on the $67,500 spread so we only need $80 to break even and the rest is profits &#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">potentially $54,600 (423%) if we hit our $115 target<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/TERd201457889i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>UUUU &#8211; Another policy play (rare earths) that&#8217;s working for us.\u00a0 This is a $20,000 spread we bought for net $3,450 so there&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$16,550 (479%) upside potential<\/span><\/strong> at $7 and we&#8217;re $14,200 in the money already! Aren&#8217;t options fun?\u00a0 We sold some short calls for income as well &#8211; always nice to have cash coming in&#8230;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/UUUUd201816804i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>WHR &#8211; Now this one is more about the income than the spread but both are nice. It&#8217;s a $62,500 spread that we paid net $3,250 for so there&#8217;s <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">$59,250 (1,823%) of upside potential<\/span><\/strong> here as well as an income stream along the way.\u00a0 In fact, I just said in chat today &#8211; this trade could just be the whole portfolio and I bet we&#8217;d have a great 18 months!\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publish.finviz.com\/061725\/WHRd202125887i.png\" alt=\"Finviz Chart\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>So that&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #339966;\">$199,670 worth of upside potential in our first 7 positions<\/span> and we&#8217;ve only deployed 10% of our cash &#8211; that&#8217;s fantastic! Even if we stopped here &#8211; if all these trades work out <\/strong>(they won&#8217;t)<strong>, we&#8217;d be up 40% in 18 months.
